Chicken Broccoli Casserol

Firehouse Servings: 4
Ingredients:
- 20 ounces broccoli spears, fresh or frozen
- 3 cups sliced cooked chicken
- Two 10¾-ounce cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon curry powder
- 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup buttered bread crumbs
Directions:
- Cook broccoli until tender. Drain and arrange in greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Top with chicken.
- Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder.
- Pour over chicken and top with cheese and bread crumbs.
- Bake in 350-degree oven 25-30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
