Chicken Broccoli Casserol

Firehouse Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 20 ounces broccoli spears, fresh or frozen
  • 3 cups sliced cooked chicken
  • Two 10¾-ounce cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup buttered bread crumbs

Directions:

  • Cook broccoli until tender. Drain and arrange in greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Top with chicken.
  • Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder.
  • Pour over chicken and top with cheese and bread crumbs.
  • Bake in 350-degree oven 25-30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
