Ingredients:
- Asparagus
- Gruyere or Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil.
Prep and Cook:
- Preheat the oven to 425.
- Break or chop the ends off the asparagus. The bottom 1/4 to 1/3 are very tough once cooked. It may seem wasteful, but you wouldn’t eat it anyway.
- Place the asparagus in a gallon freezer bag, or bowl with lid.
- Add 1 – 2 Tbls of olive oil.
- Add a 1/4 cup of grated cheese. Close and shake the container.
- Spread the Asparagus on a cookie sheet. I like using a wire rack, and parchment paper.
- Place in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
