Ingredients:

  • 7 Russet Potatoes
  • 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 Tbls minced garlic

Peal your potatoes and cube. Place them in a pot, cover with water and add at least 2 Tbls of kosher salt to the water. Bring to a boil and check for tenderness with a fork after 20-30 mins.

Once they are tender, drain and add all the ingredients to the potatoes. Hand mash, or use a mixer for desired texture.
