One with enough oil to fry the tortillas. Another with the sausage \/ chorizo and the final one for the eggs later.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fry each tortilla one at a time. In this picture I&#8217;ve also added some sun dried tomatoes and green enchilada sauce that were leftovers in the fridge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Open your re-fried beans and spatula them into a bowl. Cover the bowl with a paper towel and place in the microwave for 1 minute. My favorites are shredded cheese, ranchero sauce, pico de gallo and Super 7 Sauce.
